2 miles at the track.

Most important.yesterday I finaly got in a good diet.
I got some cottage cheese packaged like yogurt with berries in..I can eat it...cant say I enjoy it...but its edible. I've taken to beef jerky as a snack at work. Its high in sodium..but also high in protien...what do you think????
