Deadlifts 135x10 185x5 225x3 275x1 295x1 315x1 335x1 365-missx2
Hypers 3 setsx 10 one set with 35lb plate one with 45lb plate

Highlights: I went to get out of the house and tog et the blood moving. The 335 set was easy....next time I will get the 365!
