I did legs
lunges, hamstring kickbacks and single leg calf raises.
I also did some wrist and grip work to try to strengthen my hypermobile joints.
I am coming to the end of this 8 week cycle and thinking about what to do next. I am seriously thinking about going for a 2 day split, as I find it very difficult to do as many workouts in the winter (I think I have a bit of the Seasonal Affective thing). Probably legs/back and chest/arms/shoulders.
I might do a golf-specific thing (I'll get a chance to recover properly now that the golf season is finished)
will decide next week.
