Well, all things considered - my slackerness this week, my achiness, etc. - today went better than i expected. I am down a few pounds of fat, only 1 pound of weight, so I have lost 1/2% of bodyfat and not lost any muscle. I asked for a more specific diet plan today, so Brian is going to design one, most likely carb cycling or calorie cycling, he says I am doing good, especially since I am not really dieting hard yet and I am droppiing fat. It is never fast enough for me :) but I am learning to acknowledge my small victories instead of seeing how much more I could have or should have done, y'know?

The workout this morning was brutal, but I probably needed to be put in my place, with all my fooling around this week.

Legs and abs:

Warm-up elliptical 3 minutes

Leg ext 90X12, 100X10, dropset 107.5X 97.5X8, 87.5X8
Leg press 270X12, 360X10 410X8 SOB, I didn't know how much weight he put on there! New PR :)
Smith squats 60X12, 70X10, 80X8
shawn squats 25, 15, 20
ball pass 3 sets 10

I don't think I am fencing today, I am lucky I am walking at all :) After the dropset on leg extension it was a miracle i did anything else, then that leg press, the last set I thought my heart would explode... So glad it is Saturday and not much is required of me today. I will post my food later. I may have a cheat meal becasue I know the diet is coming....
