Db curls (brian curls..) 15X10 and 3, 15X10 and 3, 15x1- and 3
Standing ezbar curls 25X12, 45X10, 50X15 (blowout set)

After workout 20 minutes hIIt on elliptical

7:40 PWO shake

4 oz turkey breast
1/2 an avocaDO
smear lite mayo
2 slices ww bread

1:45
2 salmon patties
1/2c rice
asparagus

5:00 Movie mix:
2 oz turkey jerky, cut up
2 carrots, cut up
1/4 c walnuts

8:00 Out to eat
some chips and salsa
carne asada, beans, a little cheese
guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato

Somehow I skipped my PM cardio - i was tired again after this mornings workout. Today (Sunday) I am tired again..hmm.
