Ahh, the carb cycle begins! I am trying hard to not think about the diet being hard - I want to stay positive about it and feel like it is easy. Let's see how that pans out...
Workout this morning was Back and Hammies with Brian, my strength was good today :)
Changed the Bentover rows for pull-ups because that is a new goal - I really want to be able to do real pull-ups...
2 warm-up sets of -150X10
Assisted Pull-ups -140X10, -140X10, -140X10
Closegrip Pulldown 90X12, 100X10, 110X8 easier today
Seated leg curl 100X12, 120X10, Dropset 120X8/100X8/90X8
SLDL limited ROM 95x12, 105X10, 115X8 these were cake today, need to go up :)
