Shoulders, Traps, Abs

Warm-up light presses

BB shoulder press - seated 75X10, 80X10, 85X8 :)
DB shoulder press 40'sx10, 40'sX10, 45'sX8 :)
Widegrip upright rows - cable 60X10, 70X10, 80X8
BB shrugs 85X10, 115X10, 135X8 :)
Hanging ab crunches 3 sets 15
the wheel... 3 sets 10

Cardio - 30 minutes HIIT on elliptical SWEATY!

Pm cardio - afternoon walk with the dogs and the hubby :)

The weather is absolutely beautiful, so that helps lower the stress level here...Went and saw the movie "Hot Fuzz" really hilariously dark comedy..

Food:
5:30 1 scoop whey

7:50 PWO shake

5 oz chicken

1:00 (at the movie)
3.5 oz chicken jerky
diet pepsi

4:20
1 can tuna
lite mayo/mustard
onion and green olives

7:30
1 can tuna
ff mayo/mustard
spinach

chicken jerky

Things I did right:

1)Ate clean
2) worked out
3) Stayed afloat another day :)
