Saturday - and Measurements!

Well, actually the measurements were today, Sunday.. I have lost another 1 1/2 pounds this week and I have lost another 7.75 inches since feb 11th. So, I don't knwo why I am so crabby, since i got results. I am just having one of those mornings, i guess.

Saturday :
Workout (5:45 AM urk!) Chest w/Brian
warm-up - some push-ups..
Incline db presses 35'sx12, 40'sx10, 45'sX8
Incline Bb presses 95x12, 115X8, 115X8 (ouch)
flat flyes 20'sx12, 25'sX10, 30'sX8 nice
smith standing calf 50X15, 70X15, 90X12 Brian sucks
seated calf 50X15, 70X12, 80X10

Cardio right after - 30 minutes elliptical variety program

PM cardio 25 minutes recumbent bike

I was at a CPR?AEd 1st aid re-certification all day, packed my food - but hard to eat on schedule;

1 scoop isopure (felt like I didn't get enough protein earlier) in crystal lite OJ

Made healthy pizza at the neighbor's house & watched UFC
1 flatout lite wrap, cooking spray
2 anchovy fillets, 4 green olives
turkey sausage, 4 slices turkey pepperoni&gt;1g fat
red onion, mushrooms, garlic
red. fat mozarella (1/4c)
diet root beer

a little later 1 SF popsicle

Things I did right today:
1) Fessed up to brian about cheat meal..got the ugly truth - no more cheat meals from here on out until i am more where i need to be to do the November show, then we will add back in some calories/cheats. Boo. Oh well, suck it up, girly.
2) Packed all my food for the day! Note to self - find less noisy foods to eat during classes like that :)
3) Did my evening cardio before going over to the neighbor's house.
4) Diet root beer NOT beer :)
