saturday and Monday

Worked arms and cardio saturday morning - one set of an exercise and one minute step intervals alternating.

This morning worked chest and calves at home;

warm-ups not included

SS
Incline db press 40sx12, 50sX10, 55sX8 (that is as high as my dbs go..)
Incline db flyes 20sX12, 25sx12, 30sX10

SS
flat bench 95x12, 115X10, 135X8, 135X8
seated calf 70X20, 90X15, 110X12

SS
decline db flyes 3 sets 15'sX25
standing single calf raise 3 sets 25X12

no cardio.:( no time!!!
