Saturday was a victorious day - I ate clean throughout the day - we had a birthday party with cake, pizza, ice cream....I made my chicken and veggies and drank a lot of SF soda/crystal lite and sparkiling water.... and I had a good time.

Sunday -

I haven't been doing cardio on Sundays but I got to rewriting my goals and affirmations and it got me all fired up, so I went and did 30 minutes random program, level 9 on the elliptical.

Sunday Food:

8:00
2 scoops whey
Tbsp Udo's oil
coffee

10:30
8 oz orange roughy
asparagus
soy sauce/garlic/chili oil

1:00
chicken breast
SF jello egg
asparagus, margarine
4 olives, small handful cashews
fruit cup ( 2 slices peach, 2 strawberries, 2 pieces pineapple)

2 pieces beef jerky

3:00
myoplex lite
coffee

6:20
5 oz extra lean ground beef
asparagus
zesty honey mustard >1g cho

9:00
scrambled eggs (they were pre-mixed...not very good, didn't eat much)
spoonful pb

Sunday was pretty good, too. I am surrounded by cake and then two different neighbors brought over plates of easter cookies/chocolates. We had brunch at the in-laws' house, but they really made an effort to have things I could eat - they made ma skinless, marinated chicken breast instead of the chicken corden bleu they had, and they made asparagus (they had scalloped potatoes, rolls, etc). I planned ahead and brought a chocolate shake to have during dessert (babana cream pie and pumpkin pie) and they even put beef jerky in my easter basket instead of candy :) It is so nice when someone is so considerate, I will be sure to write them a thank you note.
