Saturday Busy and EXCITING!!!!!!

Well - Bodybuilding show today - very excited. I had my session with my trainer at 6AM. I also had my body comp and was very pleased, a few days ago i was feeling sluggish and crabby and thinking nothing was happening..The body comp shoed that i have dropped another 4 pounds of fat and kept my mass. YAY! Since January I have lost 20 pounds of fat and not lost mass. My bodyfat percentage is almost at a percentage that I would put it here...but then again...I will wait a few more percents! Anyhow - all of a sudden there is new definition and I am energized!
LEGS
warm-up upright bike 5 minutes
Leg extension 100X12, 120X10, dropset 140X8, 100X8, 90X8 (sucky!)(but in a good way :) )
leg Press 225X12, 315X10, 360X20 (spittin and swearin)
Smith squat - lowered the weight and went butt to calves, holy quad burn, batman!) 50X12, 70X10, 90X8
Jump Squats 3 sets 15
abs ball pass 3 sets 12
Man what a workout! I was psyched because my body comp went so well...so I had a good workout!
After my workout I went home, made a shake, walked the dogs, went to the bank, stopped to pick up flowers for some competitors and went to the pre-judging...
then I went home, spent some tmie relaxing, ate lunch and got ready to go to the evening show...packed my meal, etc..
Food on Saturday - A really clean day, considering!
5:30 am
2 scoops whey
tbsp oil
coffee
7:30 PWo shake
10:45 (at the pre-judging)
5 oz can of chicken
2:30
Vietnamese chicken
3 shrimp
one egg
lettuce, cucumber, carrot
steamed broccoli
fish sauce
iced tea
6:45 (at the show)
5 oz chicken
asparagus and mushroom salad (garlic, salt. mustard, a little Udo's oil)
9:45
2 eggs,
4 whites
2 tsp oil
Saturday good stuff
1) Felt good about myself!
2) Packed my meals for being away from home all day.
3) Saw some old friends at the show and saw JOY! She looked fantastic!
4) A really good day!
