Saturday - Chest, Tris and Annie

Man, I was tired this morning and not expecting the tremendous workout I had Got in there and did some damage I was looking for 10 stars and got many more :0 I get a star for each time I get one more rep from last time or one go up on weight - i got star on nearly every set of every exercise

Warm-up treadmill 3 minutes

Bench Press 105X12, 115X10, 125X8, 135X6, 145X5 (yeah, Baby)

Incline DB presses 3 sets of 55?sX6

Db Flyes 3 sets 30?sX9

DB pullover 3 sets of 50X9

Close grip bench 115X12, 120X10, 125X8, 130X6

superset:

Rope triceps psuhdowns 3 sets 90X7

Dips on bench 25 pound plate on lapX3 sets 7 (barely, lol, I had to take off my gloves because my hands kept slipping off the bench edge)

Needed some cardio but felt like I had spent a lot of time there already, so I settled for Annie again - took me 13 minutes, maybe less..though I am still not getting the double unders?I will keep trying

Now it looks like it might storm - so I maybe having the indoor grill going insteda of outside?not as tasty, but ohw ell, what are you gonna do?
