Saturday! Chest, tri's and ...weight lost!

Had a really good hard workout this morning -
It was a productive workout, since I had Brian to spot me and push me through.
Warmed up on the bike a few minutes and a few sets of push-ups?
Bench Press 115X12, 125X10, 135X8, 145X6 155X5 yeah , baby
Incline DB Presses 55?sX7, 2 sets 55?sX8 tough
Pec dec flyes 140X8, 140X7, 120X10 Brian is trying to kill me.
Close grip bench 115X12, 125X10, 125X8, 130X7 totally burnt already
Superset:
triceps pushdowns w/rope 3 sets 90X8
Bench dips with plate on lap 25 lbs X 8, 8 and 10 that bastard.
Done - it is a beautiful day, so instead of staying at the gym and doing cardio I am going to get the family out for a hike or bike ride.
Oh - and down 5 lbs this morning :)
