Well I'm so excited. Today I measured and I've lost ONE FULL INCH at the Waist and at my Belly.. WOOHOO!!!!!!!
Todays work out is Arms and Abs.
4 Sets Lying Triceps Extensions 12r/30 lbs, 12r/30 lbs, 10r/40 lbs, 8r/40 lbs.
4 Sets Dips Behind the Back 12r, 12r, 10r, 10r.
4 Sets Standing Barbell Curl 12r/60 lbs, 12r/60 lbs, 6r/60 lbs, 9r/40 lbs.
4 Sets Reverse Barbell Curl 12r/ 45 lbs, 8r/ 45 lbs, 8r/ 45 lbs, 10r/45 lbs.
2 Sets Cruches 15r, 15r.
2 Sets Leg Raises 15r, 15r.
2 Sets Seated Twists 15r, 15r.
Cardio road my bike for 60 mins with my children.
Very good day! Looking forward to next week and the challenges it has for me.
