Saturday - HE IS BACK.......

Well, be careful what you ask for :) Brian is back and he definitely kicked my ass this morning!

Oh - his contest pics are finally online - he said they caught him alwys going into or coming out of a pse, so the pics aren't optimal...but eh still looks awesome!

Another plus - if the new show starts up in April there is a good chance the trophies will be swords! I want a friggin sword!!!!!

So - here was the torture this morning....

Leg extensions - warm-uop set 40X15, 80X12, 100x12, 120X10, 140X8dropX8dropX8
smith squats = narrow and deep 90X10, 90X10, 110X10
leg press 270X12, 360x10, 410X10
lying db leg curl 35X12, 35x12, 40x12
seated leg curl 100X12, 120x12, 140X10dropX10dropx10 OMG
walking lunges 45pounds, twice up and down the length of the gym.....he gave me the option of getting rid of the weight after the first time up and down the length, but I stayed with it...a dangerous precedent because now it will be expected of me :)

Man...I am not lokoing forward to tomorrow when the DOMS sets in, lol.

Lo-carb today - but get my freemeal tomorrow! I making homemade shrimp and pesto pizza with a whole wheat and flax crust, mmm and there might be a little chocolate for dessert :0

We did bodycomp today and it wasn't as dire as i had thought - I did gain a pound of fat, but I also gained a pound of mass. I am sure that starting creatine again has upped my numbers a little, so it will probably play out just fine..... feeling pretty damn good about the workout and this week's diet, etc.
