Saturday is alright for ....

Cardio! I had extra energy today - so i did 30 minutes Heart rate Interval on the elliptical and then worked abs :

3 sets of weighted crunches on the swiss ball, 5lbsX25reps
3 sets weighted oblique crunches on the swiss ball - 5 lbs, 15reps per side
and 2 sets of 25 reverse crunches
