smith squat, butt to calves 50X12, 70X10, 90X10
jump squats 3 sets 15
abs ball pass 3 sets 12
Talked with my trainer today about changing up the routine, since I have been getting a bit restless lately...I am suprised I have stayed with it this long without changing it more on my own. So, he is going to come up with something soon.....
Saturday food - pretty boring, protein, protein and more protein:
5:30 am
2 scoops whey, tbsp Udo's oil
7:30
PWO shake
10:00
5 oz chicken
12:30
5 oz extra lean beef
spinach
3:00
5 oz chicken
7:30? Late, dang it
5 oz sirloin, montreal seasoning
asparagus
Things I did right today:
1) Raked out some of the flower beds.
2) Relaxed and read a book (LIke Water for Chocolate, it was like toture, so much food involved...)
3)Talked to Brian about switching up my routine before I get rebellious and do something stupid...
