Saturday - Legs and an Exam...

Brian did my body comp again today - I am down 3 pounds and half a percent of bodyfat :)
Leg day - m y favorite!
Warm-up light leg extensions
Leg ext 100X12, 120X12, 140X8dropX8dropX8
Leg press 270X12, 360X12, 410 to failure
Squats narrow - out front, smith 3 sets 90X10 we didn't go up because my hip was pinching
Shawn squats 15, 15, 25 apparently I made these look too easy...next week he is adding wall sits inbetween sets...

It was a good, hard workout, helped relieve pre-test anxiety. I had to quick shower and head straight to the exam sight...

Food was clean all day - low carb, lots of protein. Felt good!
