Saturday - new leg day

Oh yeah, legs at six in the morning...hopefully I won't have to do too many stairs today!
I didn't pay much attention to the amount of weight because my trainer was tracking it. I just did the work.

leg extension - 3 sets, 12,10, 8 weight up each time, I think 90 was the end result

leg press, narrow stance 12, 12, 10 270 lbs last set

smith squats - ass to heels, straight back, narrow stance (ouch) 3 sets of 10, maybe 60 pounds. This felt a bit awkward (sp?)

"Shawn" Squats 3 sets of 15. quads are molten lava by 9th rep. These suck.

Did 2 suckish sets of abs (passing ball from hands to feet, legs too tired)

stretched. Legs are really tight and wobbly, but I feel great!

Trainer wants me to do 2-a-day cardio for a while to kick-start the fat loss, but he said my body composition isn't as bad as he feared it would be :)
