saturday week 4 workouts over....

I did really well today...I'm usually pretty tired on sat and the workouts drag...but today went well....I'm worried about tomorrows measure and weight...my stomach is terribly poochie...I'm blaming it my impending monthly mess..my face is broke out my boobs hurt...and I would say I'm moody...but thats pretty normal..so we'll see...but no high hopes...
I made everyhting one big super set today...so I did the whole routine,1 set,then rested 30 seconds and repeated until I got through it 4 times ea..make sense??It was fun...and boy was my heart pounding in the end!!!!
Squats 4 15 35 lbs
Leg press 4 15 35 lbs
Leg extension 4 15 45lbs
Leg curl 4 15 30lbs
seated Calf raises 4 15 30lbs
standing calf raise 4 15 35lbs
I was so worried about tomorrows measure I did cardio today...and I kicked butt!!!I didn't keep exact numbers since it was extra but I know it was 45 min...and just over 4 mi...I could have gone longer...but figured I better give it a rest.
diet
turkey sausage,oat pancakes

chkn sald olive oil,side of rice
1 sc shake(with coffe
gonna do the shrimp today...ended up having soup last night
veg and rice

Alright I hope evry body is feeling back to normal....I am looking forward to changing the routine week after next...I'm not bored...but it makes things seem to go faster for me to change things up...
