Heavy inclines supersetted with light inclines(dumbbells)
(warmup)...30x12,30x12,45x6,60x3
Sets...75x6,80x5,80x4/35x10x40x10,45x7

Declines
(warmup)...185x6
Sets...225x4,225x5,225x5..followed with one strip set of 185 to failure

Flat d.b benches superset with flat flies
(warmup)...70x6
Sets....85x7,95x4,100x4/40x10,50x5,50x5

Dips
Sets....80x6,80x5,80x4

Dumbbell pullovers
Sets....85x10,85x9,85x8

Abs....(getting my days set with abs. Want to do them on chest and either off day or arm day, only will do them twice per week.)
