Todays Workout:

Stability Ball & Band routine (level 2)

7 min. cardio warm up followed by target muscle stretching

CARDIO
-Bridging Chest Press with band
-Shin Push Ups
CARDIO
-Seated Row with Leg Extension (with band)
-Prone Back Extension with Lat Pulldown
CARDIO
-Wall Lunge
-Lunge with Shoulder Press
CARDIO
-Ball in Hands Core Flexion
-Double Leg lower & lift
CARDIO
-Prone Tricep Extensions
-Prone Tricep Extensions (with band)

cool down with target muscle stretching
