saturday....fun workout

Today I got in a whole 8 hours sleep after work...it felt so good to feel awake...I had to put a workout in...but I didn't follow the challenge...just made up my own...
warm up...stole my daughters mp3 player yesterday...been having a blast ith it...those sissy squats have paid off...I can still drop it loooow and bring it up sloooow...was fun...and a good leg workout...
military press 35 lbs 3sets 12,10,8 reps...these have always been hard for me and I haven't done them in a while..
Good mornings 3 sets 12 reps 35lbs...could have gone heavier...easy...but I havent done these either..so easing in...
3 sets...super set
db push up,lat raise,tri kickbacks...8 lbs 12 reps
3 sets super set
BB rows,shrugs 35 lbs 12 reps
cardio...ran the hell outta that treadmill...2 miles...just over 16 minutes...
great workout...endorphins in full effect...
