Second Day of Training.. Feel Good

Well one mistake I made yesterday, I should have had my highest calorie snack at my afternoon snack. All my other snacks are under 150 calories and by the time I got home last night, I was famished. Very hungry but didn't cheat, I didn't cheat at all yesterday, only 29 more days until my cheat day, yikes!! Started taking my fat burner this morning!

AM 30 minutes elliptical, maximum incline, heart rate between 150 - 160
