Seeing Changes!!
So, i had a check up at my doctors a while back and when getting my weight checked they told me i was 167. Which for my hieght is reasonable but i wanted to try harder with my workouts to lose those extra pounds i put on in the year prior. Now I signed up on this site to see if I could make those changes and surprisingly, I have!!! Without the spand of 5 days doing my workouts everyday and drink almost 2 liters a day compared to my .5 liters a day, I have lost 4 pounds. I went from 167 to 163.4. I am also starting to see changes in my figure, I am getting a noticable hourglass figure and I have thighs of steel. Then again i am a soccer player and all about squats. I'm just really proud of what i've accomplished so far. I truely belive that since i'm drinking more water and eating healthier with the added workouts that I do 5 days a week for 45-50 min. that I am accomplishing something that i've been wporking toward for a while before this.
