Started in the gym today, it will be a long tough journey but I think it is obtainable. I was to get to 10%bf and weight of 230-240. Curently I am 300 with 25%bf. Here are my measurements for the begining, week 1:

Chest-55"
Waist-46.5"
Belly-50.5"
Arms-16.26"
Flexed-17.25"
Thighs-28"
Calves-17.5"
Flexed-18"
Neck-21.5"
