setting up a diet plan

I didn't get much sleep last night so I feel tired and lazy again. I probably got about 3 1/2 hours. I think later today after my kids appointments I will take a walk to pick up the mail, since I'll be energy-less for the whole day perhaps I should eat less. My goal for today is to set up my Long -term and short- term goal for my exercise and nutrition intake. Then I'll set up a goal for the size/weight I need to get to be fit and healthy again. I'm bummed that the nutrition part is not working yet on this site.
