S.H.I.T!!!! (umm...So happy its Thursday!)

It was freezing this morning. Okay, by Southern California standards. It was 27 degrees which is actually below freezing. Yes, at 5:00 a.m. you could have spotted me in my car with a fuzzy scarf wrapped around my neck and face and my right hand while I shifted. It's been that cold for the past few days but it was even cold in the gym this morning. Had to work as hard as possible to keep warm.

Here's how it went:

Back:
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 4 sets 12x60 (3), 8x70
Seated Cable Row: 3 sets 12x60
Standing Lat Pressdowns: 3 sets 12x30

Chest:
Incline DB Presses: 3 sets 12x25
BB Bench Press: 4 sets 9x65, 8x65, 8x65, 8x65 (oh what a difference doing these after all the other stuff)

Pec Deck: 3 sets 8x50

Cardio: Tonight HIIT (since I missed it Tuesday) on recumbent bike. Treadmills were full and I wanted to get it done and get home.
