Shitty day warning

Worked arms today, same routine as usual...except I swapped out the cable curls for incline curls...I was supposed to train with Lisa again today but the biotch didn't call or show...grr. One chance. I can't have an undedicated person f'ing up my workout mentality. AND I could've worked out an hour earlier if I had known she wasn't coming. Just having a depressing week and finishing the workout today was a struggle because I couldn't focus. I weighed in and that was the icing. My weight is up. I just wanted to crawl into the bathroom and cry. I finished my workout, did 20 minutes of cardio, bitched and moaned at nadine and mikey....thanks for listening. I am trying to get myself out of this negative f'ing mental hole. Brian is going to change my diet.I just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other.....I can't bust my ass this hard and not lose bodyfat....right???

20 minutes on treadmill....bitching all the way...yeah. I swear I am trying to look up and not get all bound up in the depression...it just sucks today. Tomorrow will be better...its LEG DAY!!!
