Dumbell presses: 50x10 55x9 60x7 65x7
Lateral 25x10 30x10
Bent rear lateral 25x10 30x10
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 405x12 455x8 225x10(3 sec hold at top)
Cardio-10 min I bought a new pair of training shoes and for me there is a breaking in period...my feet hurt LOL.

Highlights: shrugs got easier, and harder LOL The laterals were lighter and one less set, I went nice and slow making each rep count.

Lowlights: new shoe+feet=soreness.......
