Laterals(why are these so dammn hard?)
side:30x10 35x8 40x8
Rear 30x10 25x9 25x9
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x12 405x10 455x8 225x18(burnout set holding for 3 sec at top)
Cardio 20 min eliptical

Highlights: Well had a rather good workout.
Lowlights: Forgot to eat before and felt it.
