Barbell presses 95x10 135x10 145x6 (did these using a preacher bench and a power cage)
DB Presses 60x10 65x8
Laterals Side: 25x10 30x10 35x9
Laterals Rear: 25x10 30x10 35x9
Both were done super set style
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 365x10 405x10 455x6

Highlights: Shoulders hurt! Also I know have Delts! I mean when standing they show up!!!!!!!! I was looking in the mirrior and lo and behold there they were Hee hee!

Lowlights: On the treadmill going 3.5 and BAM the belts comes to a complete halt almost throwing me into the console. Do not know if I hit stop but when that happens it slows then stops this went all the way from 3.5 to dead stop in a heart beat....I was still neededing 10 mins...not only that but now my neck hurts.....bastid!
