Shoulders...

Another scheduling snafu, grrr...so i did cardio first and some push ups...30 minutes cross country on elliptical in THR. Legs sore, hard tp go fast enough/hard enough to get heart rate up today.

SS no rest, last sets dropset and rest/pause 3 sets
Overhead db presses
smith overhead press

SS no rest, dropsets at end
front/side raise alternating
seated lateral raise

SS no rest dropsets at end
reverse pec dec
prone supermans

SS no rest dropsets at end
DB shrugs
Smith shrugs

Well, by the end I was glad I didn't have to stay and do cardio :)realized on the way home it was supposed to be abs day, too...will have to hit them tomorrow.
