and body comp. My comp is the same as it was before i got sick...I guess not going up any after 2 weeks of crappiness is something to be pleased about. Brian says we will give it two weeks and if I haven't started dropping bodyfat something will have to be changed. I don't know what. i am already on dietary lockdown, I am a cardio queen, I am lifting....trying to improve my sleep and mental state....idk. I better lose some dam bodyfat in the next 2 weeks.

cardio - did 15 minute fit test, scored high fitness level then did 30 minutes 'fat burn' intervals on elliptical..
