5AM 45 minutes elliptical - energy levels seem to have recovered! hyper during cardio this morning.

Shoulder day with Brian..

SS no rest
db overhead presses 35'sX12, 35'sX10, dropset 35'sX10/30'sX10/25'sX10 rock and roll
smith overhead press 70lbsX12, 10, rest pause 5, 4, 4, 4

SS no rest
front/side alternating raise 12'sx20, 12'sx20, dropset 12'sx20/10'sx20/8'sx20
seated lateral raise 3 sets 10'sx12

SS no rest
rear delt flye (pec dec) 80X12, 80X12 drop 80X12/60X12/40X12 (guessing weight)
prone supermans 12'x12, dropset 12'sX12/10'sx12/8'sx12....cake

Told Brian, and he agreed, this was a lot easier today...he said we will switch it up next week. YAY!!!! something different!!!!!!!!
