special complicated rotator cuff exercises
Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals 15x5 12x10 10x15
Standing Lateral Raises 15x5 12x10 10x15
Arnold Dumbbell Presses 15x5 12x10 10x15
Front Dumbbell Raises 15x5 12x10 10x15
side planks 3 minutes each side
planks elbow to toe 3 minutes combined with 1 minute leg extension each leg
lying leg tucks
crunches 3 sets of 20
twisted crunches 3 sets of 20 each side
stretch 15 minutes
I'm sidelining myself from the treadmill for a bit. I have a sore heel that may be a repetitive motion injury.
