One car for us means I had to workout at home....turned ou to be a good workout
Squats barx10 135x10 185x5 205x5 225x5 245x5 275x3
Lunges-2 sets of 10
SLDL (superset with shrugs, light shrugs since I had to Deadlift from the floor)
135x10 185x10 225x10
Shrugs finished-275x10 315x10
Front Squats 95x5 105x5 115x5 125x5
Seated SH presses
barx10 65x10 85x10 95x10 105x10 115x8 125x6
Upright Rows
barx10 45x10 55x10 65x10 95x8
Highlights: First time to lift 3x in a week in over a month!!!!1
Lowlights: Missed the gym but I had a good Old time workout.
