ShBB press 95x15 135x10 145x6 155x6
Lat DB raises 30x10 35x10 25x10
Upright rows 80x10
Rear Db raises 25x10 30x10
Shurgs 225x10 275x10 315x7 405x10 455x8
Triceps
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Skullcrushers 90x8(stopped due to pain in right elbow region)
Press downs/rope pulldowns 3 sets of each
Highlights: Hitting the 155x6 was a great feeling. Need to try to add 2 reps for the last 2 sets each.
Lowlights : Tris while fried needed 5 more sets at least. I think I need to ;et the elbow rest, which means light Benching for at least a month.
