4 sets seated db press
4 sets standing front raises
4 sets standing lateral side raises

30 min cardio (elipticle) in am, 50k (31 miles) cycling on the trail.

    Well, maybe to much information, but you made me laugh. I feel really bad, because my stationary bike is a nice smooth schwinn, semi recumbet, with a wide seat, and nice back support. And I still complain about the ole butt. I won't complain anymore, well, I try not to anyway.

    Fryer...try putting a gel cover on the seat. I wear the faggy looking cycling shorts with the padding, not to hard on the prostate! Guess I gave a little too much info!

    Here you go with the 31 miles of cycling, on trails none the less. Gees, awesome! I rode for 22 miles on my stationary bike the other day, and the ole butt still doesn't feel the same.
