Cont. 2/5/04 P.M.

First free weight routine since the first of December. Was having problems with the right shoulder in November; took some time off, and started rotator cuff exercisesand worked into power band. Have been working with power bands for shoulders since December. Wife assisted with shoulder workout, watching for form and equal balance. (I need a mirror!!!)

Wanted to warm the muscles up good before doing the seated military presses I use to love so well.

TRI-SET

Front Dumbell Raises

Seated Side Lat. Raise

Bent Over Lat. Raise

Nice and warm now!!!

Felt GREAT, and no unusual pain...Shoulder work is very addicting, had to finish them off.

Oh, happy as a pig in sheeet with the way the shoulders feel. I just need to listen to them suckers so that I don't do to much to fast..They are feeling great this morning, we will have to see what tomorrow brings.
