I dragged my ass to the gym this morning, I really did not feel like going. Surprise, surprise! One of my better work-outs in a while. Always seems to work that way!
Shoulders
Military DB Press: 12x35x2, (Up5 NW), 10x40x2(Up5 NW), 8x45x2 (Stay here), 6x50x2 (Up5 NW)
Super-set front / lateral cable raises
F: 12x15x2 L: 12x15x2
F: 10x15x2 L: 10x15x2
F: 8x15x2 L: 8x15x2
F: 6x20x2 L: 6x20x2
Arnold Presses (New Excersise - Love it!): 12x15x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x30x2 (Next WO - 25, 25, 30 & 35)
Do this exercise first next time.
Legs
Squats: 12x135, 10x185, 8x205, 6x235 (PB!) - First 3 up by 5lbs next week.
Leg Raises: 12x90, 10x100, 8x115, 6x130 (All up 5 NW)
Leg Curls: 12x70, 10x75, 8x85, 6x100 (PB!)
Cardio prior, 10 mins. eliptical, 135 Cals, 1.15 miles.
Water and supps good, excellent food.
