Shoulders, Thank goodness

Originally I had a schedule conflict and was planning to do shoulders tomorrow morning with Brian..and that meant HIIT today (and my legs are SORE!!!) but I got to the gym early and Brian had a cancellation, so I lucked out and got to do shoulders and put off HIIT til tomorrow :D Ok, mixed blessing, can't lift my arms now...as usual supersets, no rest and last set of everything a drop or rest-pause...better power throughout today!

My traps/upper back are really sore and tight so we just did 3 sets straight of shrugs with db's...Brian says I do NOT have to worry about my traps being big enough, lol.

I did about 15 min cardio before I lifted and will do a half hour or more tonight. I will throw abs in tomorrow with cardio.
