Down 2 pounds today! we didn't do body comp cuz he couldn't find the book, grrr. but I am sure it is bodyfat down :)
warm-up elliptical 3 minutes, light db presses
Overhead DB presses 35'sX12, 40'sX10, 45'sX8dropX6dropX8
Seated barbell press 75X12, 85x10, 105X8
seated lateral raise 12'sX12, 15'sX10, 20X8dropX8dropX8
pec dec rear delt 70x12, 80X10, 90X8dropX8dropX8
Db shrugs 60'sX12, 65'sX10, 70'sX8
BB shrugs 135X12, 165X10, 185Xfailure (15?)
I did 29 minutes flat/uphill intervals on the treadmill afterwards.
Good workout, my lowback is better today (stiff yesterday), but one my levators in my neck/shoulder area is like a band of steel today...been rubbing it and have icy hot on it now :)
It will be good to have complete rest tomorrow.
