Yeah, pretty much the same as last week, demolition continues. Again, can't lift my arms , lol.
I did my cardio first, 30 minutes elliptical in THR Zone.
SS:
DB overhead presses
Smith overhead presses
no rest between for the first 2 sets, then rest and a drop set with db's and a rest pause set with smith. I hate Brian.
SS:
Alternating front and lateral raises 20 count
Seated lateral raises 12
drop sets for last set
SS:
Reverse pec dec
superman with db's
dropset on both last set
SS:
DB Shrugs
Smith Shrugs
dropset last set of both
Abs - I did a few sets of various things on the BOSU, then on the floor with a med ball. Abs were sore from leg day (go figure).
TGIF. I had to tape my wrists and forearms today because they feel like they are tearing apart. 2 days rest will be a nice reprieve, I think I will do some massage work on my forearms this weekend.
