Warmed up 15 minutes beforehand on elliptical to loosen up everything, feeling tight today.
Same as last week with supersets and rest/pause...3 sets everything

DB overhead presses
Smith overhead presses

SS:
alternating front/side standing raises
seated lateral raises

SS:
Rear delt on pec dec
supine db superman

SS:
db shrugs
smith shrugs


I stayed and did some weighted ab work and my 30 minutes cardio in THR zone. :) TGIF :)
