Shoulders with Brian

Did cardio first, 35 minutes in THR zone :)

Shoulders was...hard. Same scheme as last week. The first supersets of db shoulder press and smith sholder press still really suck. The rest is getting less torturous. I found if i chant "big shoulders" over and over in my head I do better and finish stronger, lol.

Worked abs after..lots of different stuff...

Going horseback riding today! :)
