Shoulders/Abs TGIF!!!!!

Wow, the 5 working sets this week realy made my workouts long!! Maybe I was daydreaming a little between sets, because today I got out of my car at the gym at 6:30 and didn't get back into it until 8:30 WTF?

Warm-ups not included:

SS:
Db Military Press 45'sX10, 10, 9 , 8, 8 :)
BB shrugs 190X6, 190X8 4 sets

SS:
DB side lateral 5 sets 25'sX6
DB Shrug 70'sX8, 8, 10, 10, 10 got out the straps

SS:
Rear delt DB flye 25X10, 30X6, 6, 6, 25X10 the 30's were getting a little sloppy, so I busted myself back down to 25's and did a little slower, with better contraction...
Prone shrugs 5 sets 50'sX8

SS:
decline crunches 5 sets 20 F'in A
back ext 5 sets 20

SS:
leg raise to reverse curl 5 sets 15
russian twists on siwss ball 5 sets 12 per side

A little something for your earhole "Droppin' Plates" by Disturbed got me through today...

Will do cardio tonight!
