Shoulders.and I slipped in hamstrings, too ;)

I got up early again and went straight to the gym (do not pass go, do not collect...). I really like the feeling of having gotten so much done so early and i think i will stick with this schedule...

Shoulders:

Warm -up walk to run on tread mill, 5 minutes
Light presses up the rack

Overhead DB press 30'sx12, 35'sx10, 40'sX8 superset with
seated hamstring curls 100x12, 120X10, 140X8 :0
Standing BB presses 65X12, 75x10, 80X8 superset with
back extensions 3 sets 15 - I don't like the extension stand they have...need to figure out something else.
Triple set:
Seated lateral raise 10'sx12, 12'sx12, 15'sX10 followed with
SLDL 95X12, 115X12, 135X10, 155X8 followed with
BB shrugs 115x12, 135X10, 155X8

rear delyt flyes 12'sx12, 15'sX10, 20'sX8 (barely) superset with
Db shrugs 60x12, 60x10, 60X8 fried :)

Food clean yesterday and will be clean today:) I have regained my drive!
