But that did not stop me from having a good workout two days in a row. Saturday I got up to a single of 335x1 on squats and it was the best form that I have had on that weight in a long time. Deep and a good push off out of the hole. I then hit 315x5 and ened the squats on a nice ATG set of 225x5. I did some DL hit 405 nice and went for 435...at that point tank ran dry. Moved to standing Sh presses, and that is when the fire alarm was pulled and my mind went from workout to WHERE THE FUCK IS MY SON JACKSON?
Sunday went in did my shoulders...did some nice chins and 4 sets of dips for 10 reps.....then onto shrugs. Worked to 605x8 nice ROM too.
