slacker!

Someone very nicely pointed out that i have been a slacker this week ( thankyou :) i needed it ) so i got back on track today, my legs felt like jelly by the end but i learned when you've been a slacker your body takes notice, I did a full body workout, but did more repetitions on my leg exercises because that is one of the areas i need to work most, i also need to work on my arms and shoulders, they feel so weak, and it's actually embarrassing to admit how many push-ups i can manage in a row, so i'm not gonna! But i can change that........and i will.
